”I didn’t know we were rich until i was 13”, said Davido in a recent interview. Davido is considered by many, as someone who was born and raised with a golden spoon. Nevertheless, the young man’s quest to add more value to life itself amazes people. As he seems to hustle as though he was born on the street. While many considered him fortunate based on his rich background; he on the other hand has tried to prove otherwise. Subjecting himself to struggle and make his own money.

In an interview, where he was asked a couple of questions about his background. He has come to say he didn’t know his family was rich until he got to the age of 13. He said, everyone in his family literally works hard. In the same way, he was subjected to valuable tasks.

Moreso, at some point he couldn’t tell who was richer between his father and mother, he said.

David Adedeji Adeleke (conceived November 21, 1992), famously known as Davido, is a Nigerian-American artist, musician, and record-maker. Davido mixes customary African components with a worldwide standard pop.
