Chidinma Ojukwu Crowned Miss Cell 2022; Niger, which way? When does a murder suspect, still on trial become a queen? Does it mean, it is now safe to commit crimes?

Chidinma Ojukwu Crowned Miss Cell 2022!

Chidinma Ojukwu has been found guilty in every way as the alleged murder suspect of Michael Usifo Ataga. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Super TV. However, Miss Ojukwu, a suspect has been crowned Miss Cell 2022. During International Women’s Day, a beauty pageant was organized at the KIRIKIRI prison. The theme for the day was: “BreakingThe Bias”. In spite of the existing murder charges, Chidinma was crowned queen.

Nonetheless, Ojukwu, was a 300-level, Mass Communication student of the University of Lagos (UNILAG). She is currently facing trial alongside her sister, Chioma Egbuchu, and one Adedapo Quadri, for Ataga’s murder. She, however, competed with other inmates of the Kirikiri prison and won the coveted crown of Miss Cell 2022.

Also, according to the evidence presented in court On February 17, by an Investigative Police Officer, Inspector Ibrahim Isaka. Ibrahim subsequently, stated how police allegedly discovered Usifo Ataga, Chief Executive Officer of Super TV. He was found in his own pool of blood.

However, some clothes and a travelling bag found in the apartment collected, the investigation was made. Hence, Ojukwu and Quadri are facing the first to eight counts bordering on conspiracy, and murder. Also, stabbing, forgery, making of bank statements, and stealing amongst others.

In the midst of this unrest, the said murderer is now crowned Queen?

Nevertheless, with the recent trend about Chidinma Ojukwu and other female inmates, I bet many bad eggs will feel, “commit a crime, you will get away with it!”

It appears crimes now attract fame.

CONCLUSION

A country supporting suspects, bandits, criminals, instead of letting the law have its full course, is no longer safe to be called a country.

The prison should be a place for sober reflection, character reformation, and total change of an individual, not a place for throwing dice.

Change!
